I had this login/payment issue and was fully expecting to be stuck in customer service limbo for days, because let’s be honest, that’s usually how these things go. I sent a message anyway, and somehow they replied in about an hour. Almost suspiciously fast, like maybe there’s a secret support bunker somewhere actually staffed by humans.
The person who helped me was actually useful too, not just firing off those robotic copy-paste lines you can spot from a mile away. It took a couple messages, but they got it fixed and explained what had happened. I’m not saying there’s a hidden operation making support better than usual, but if there is, it worked on me

Overall, I think the tokens are fair for what you get. They can run out a little quicker than expected sometimes, depending on how much you’re using it, so I’d just keep an eye on that. Still, I’d casually recommend it if you’re okay with managing your tokens a bit.

The charges were shown upfront, and somehow, against all odds, there were no random mystery fees sneaking onto my card later. Refreshing, honestly.

I’ve used Stripchat a handful of times, and overall it’s straightforward. The homepage loads fine for me, and it doesn’t take much effort to find different rooms or categories. The layout is mostly clear, although sometimes there’s just a lot going on at once, so it can feel a bit cluttered. On mobile it works alright too, but I do occasionally tap the wrong thing because of how packed the screen can get. I contacted support once about a small navigation issue, and they basically said something like, “try refreshing and check the mobile layout settings,” which wasn’t groundbreaking advice, but they did answer. So yeah, usability-wise it’s a good site. Not perfect, but I don’t usually feel lost while using it. I’d say 4 stars is fair.

They do throw promos at you often, which is nice in theory. The rewards just take a while to add up, so it’s not exactly exciting. Some of the deals are actually good, surprisingly, but I wish they made the details clearer before you spend. It’s helpful once you figure it out, I guess.

Signing up was way easier than I expected?? I just put in my details, confirmed my email, and went through the verification steps without any confusion. Everything was clear, and I didn’t run into any issues. I got approved faster than I thought too, so yeah, I really can’t complain

There were lots of performers, which was nice because even if one act wasn’t really doing it for me, another one came along quickly. It kept things moving and gave the whole experience a decent amount of energy.
